Product Development
Many clients have come to BCA Industries in search of a company to assist in product development. Our designers and engineers consult with clients about their product idea and use 3D CAD modeling, prototypes, and engineering to make their idea a reality. Smartlift and Fuelbote are two of our best product designs.
Manufacturing
BCA not only can assist in product development, but also provides manufacturing capabilities. We utilize CAD design, machining, and metal fabrication to build prototypes, individual parts, welded assemblies, and more.
Parts & Service
Our manufacturing capabilities extend to making custom parts. We manufacture all of our parts for our shredders in-house and also offer shredder rebuilding, maintenance, and repair. We carefully control the quality of each part to make certain every part functions properly.
